Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Returns and Cancellations

  • All Sales are Final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be considered once an order is accepted.

  • Non-Refundable Items
    All baked goods are non-refundable. This policy applies to all items, including, but not limited to cakes, cupcakes, cookies, perishable desserts, and custom orders.

  • Custom and Pre-orders: For custom or pre-orders, changes and cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

  • Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so in writing by a certain date within 72 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is made after this period, any payments made may be forfeited.

  • Late Cancellations: As we begin preparing ingredients, cancellations made after the specified period may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or payment.

 

2. Custom Orders

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Changes to the order must be made in writing as soon as possible but no later than 7 days before the event. Any changes after this date are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery

If we offer delivery, the customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Once the order has been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage or spoilage that occurs afterward.

 

4. Pickup

For in-store pickup, the customer is responsible for picking up the order at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been picked up from our premises. We will store your order for 2 hours from the agreed pick-up time before it is disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. 

  • Timeframe: To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must contact us within the same day of receiving your order.

  • Required Documentation: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product. This will help us assess the issue and take corrective action.

  • Resolution: Upon review, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement product, a store credit, or a refund for the item in question.


6.​ Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed about our practices. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our products constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
