Our bakery handles common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, and wheat, shellfish, fish, sesame. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

2.3 Order and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The final price includes applicable taxes.

 

Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified on our Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

 

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

2.4 Custom Orders

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Changes to the order must be made in writing as soon as possible but no later than 7 days before the event. Any changes after this date are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Delivery and Pickup​

3.1 Delivery

If we offer delivery, the customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Once the order has been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage or spoilage that occurs afterward.

 

3.2 Pickup

For in-store pickup, the customer is responsible for picking up the order at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been picked up from our premises. We will store your order for 4 hours before it is disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

 

4.1 All Sales are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be considered once an order is accepted.

 

4.2 Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so in writing by a certain date within 48 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is made after this period, any payments made may be forfeited.

 

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, logo, and images on this Site are the intellectual property of Doce Mel Bakery and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
